Just like wearing that perfect dress to that big important social event... wearing the proper fitness attire is equally important.  It helps you feel good.  It helps you look good.  Those two things are related you know?  Often times this one simple step is the missing link with someone sticking to a fitness routine and bettering their bodies and their lives.  Wearing something unflattering makes you feel weird and uncomfortable, and guess what you will associate that with working out.  Not good.  Wearing something too tight can reduce your circulation and make you feel off during exercise.  Finding the right type of work out clothes will help you feel better, workout better and stay with the program hopefully for the rest of your life!
